SERVICE AGREEMENT / WARRANTY POLICY
LIABILITY: Client agrees to release and hold harmless PRH from any and all liability associated with the performance of service or the provision of parts.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN REPAIR SERVICES TO THE CLIENT’S HARDWARE BY PRH MAY VOID CERTAIN WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER OF SUCH HARDWARE.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PRH OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY ACTUAL, COMPENSATORY, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF THE VOIDING OF ANY SUCH WARRANTIES.
ACCESS AND PERMISSION: Client grants PRH, access and permission to physically disassemble any and all mobile phone systems, components. Client grants PRH, its agents and service representatives, permission to install hardware in Client's device.
RISK OF DATA LOSS: PRH strongly recommends that Client safeguard critical data by backing up data prior to any services performed by PRH. Client is responsible for any backup, archiving, or protective storage. PRH Will not be held responsible for any loss of data or damage suffered from data loss.
LIFETIME WARRANTY: PRH offers a manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty on all screen replacements against defective parts. If a part is defective, without physical damage caused by the customer PRH will replace the defective piece. This warranty DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE CONSUMER. BREAKING A SCREEN AFTER REPAIR DOES NOT FALL UNDER OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY.
All Batteries and other components have a one year warranty from date of repair.
